Nick was born in Auckland, raised in the Rangitikei and now lives in Palmerston North with his partner and two very energetic children!
Nick has always been involved in the agriculture and building industries. Raised on a beef and deer farm in Taihape gave him a great introduction to rural life. His skills were further enhanced by working on large rural stations taking care of all facets of farming including stock and feed management, fencing, planting, shearing, cropping and animal husbandry. You name it, he did it!
Nick had his own construction business before working as a building inspector for the Palmerston North City Council and has a thorough understanding of building and council regulatory frameworks.
Nick then worked as a Technical Sales Representative and an Area Manager for Fonterra for 7 years looking after the needs of over 200 farmers.
